Welcome to our paradise. 218 offers great views of the courtyard and pools! Parking is close and the Gulf of Mexico is in our backyard! Come in and enjoy our spacious
condo. Newly decorated with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is large and furnished. We have a drip system coffee maker along with a k-cup coffee maker. You can enjoy that coffee sitting out on our extra large balcony. This property offers you two large pool areas, basket ball court, hot-tubs and barbecue areas. There is a great boardwalk to get you to the beach! After a hot day in the sun try relaxing on the sofa while watching the large smart television. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with its own private bathroom. The guest room offers two twins and a private bath as well.
What you can expect in the condo:
Wi-Fi & Cable
Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed please visit the front desk.
