This condo has the trifecta of premier water views: Gulf of Mexico, Corpus Christi Bay & resort pools. That is RARE at La Mirage to have all 3 unobstructed water views. Every window/door has a spectacular water view. Reserved, covered parking is right next to the elevator for making shopping & unloading trips with ease. The custom woodwork meets you at the front door and continues throughout "The Beachcomber 2."
The 40 foot private deck is filled with coastal furniture for that first cup of coffee at sunrise or cocktails on loungers at sunset, which is breath taking and spectacular every evening.
The fully stocked kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and accessories that make cooking a joy. The kitchen ceiling fan and refrigerator with water & ice maker in the door help to keep you cool while making culinary masterpieces. The updated living room with queen sleeper sofa, new 75" Smart TV, speaker, and new remote controlled ceiling fan, adds to the floor to ceiling door/window views of Gulf of Mexico & will put you on relaxing island time. There are three new Smart TV’s: 75", 65" & 55" for your viewing pleasure. Spectrum cable & Wi-Fi available for streaming.
Enjoy having coffee/tea in master king bed while enjoying views of The Gulf of Mexico or Corpus Christi Bay right from your king bed! Or step out onto your private access to a huge balcony. Your patio table & chair set await you. Stay in your pjs. Enjoy the privacy. Master ensuite has a RARE extra cabinet for more storage needs next to the walk-in shower. A walk in master closet with inside dresser also adds to the great storage in this condo.
The guest bedroom has twin beds for grandparents or children to rest peacefully after a day on the beach with ensuite walk in shower. The pools, splash pad and sports court views are lovely when opening the custom, Plantation Blinds. A large 65" Smart TV adds to the bedroom movie night experience.
Your own laundry room with new, high-end washer/dryer & granite top folding counter will make laundry effortless. The new custom porthole window adds to your beach experience. This room is also nice for storage of beach items.

What you can expect in the condo:
- Wi-Fi & Cable
- Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
- A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed please visit the front desk.
La Mirage Resort Amenities:
- Private boardwalk to beach
- Two swimming pools (one heated) & hot tubs
- Sports court
- Picnic tables with grills
This is a NON SMOKING condo.
This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved so please park in the assigned spot and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.
