We’re Back! As you walk up to unit 228’s front door, you look down on the Courtyard with the amazing pools and hot tubs. Open the front door and walk through the unit and out to your large deck from either the living room or the master bedroom. Enjoy time setting and watching an unobstructed view of the waves rolling in from the gulf and listening to the songs of the waves.
Unit 228 is a preferred gulf view unit that has finished a complete renovation. This newly decorated 2-bedroom 2-bath unit features all new appliances including a washer and dryer. The kitchen is an open galley kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Whether you bring your coffee ground or in K-cups, the Hamilton Beach Flex Brew coffee maker will insure you have a fresh cup of coffee as you watch the waves.
All the furniture is new. Enjoy watching the new 65-inch smart TV from the two new recliners or the new hide-a-bed sofa.
