With great excitement, we are thrilled to announce that La Mirage Condominiums has opened the property up to the public and has started renting our beachfront condos again!

La Mirage is in the process of making improvements to the Resort and we know you are going to love the result!

We understand that this project brings up questions for those who have already booked or are considering staying with us during this improvement phase. In efforts to help create a better experience for our guests while they stay with us during this time, we have created a FAQ section below.   We are very excited to present La Mirage with upgraded rental units and a wonderful Beachfront Vacation Rental experience.

 

Details Regarding The Soft Opening

  • Condo Availability Condo units are in the process of being furnished by the owners.  Upon completion then the units will be presented for rental.  La Mirage expects a few more units to be available each week throughout the soft opening.
  • Elevators Currently three of the elevators are available for use!  La Mirage has 4 elevators. The fourth and final elevator is to follow in early 2025.
  • Heated Pool The hot tubs are operational and the swimming pools are open! The upper pool is also heated!! *Not heated during summer months.
  • Sports Court The sports courts are available for fun! Ask the front desk for sports equipment that is available in the office.
  • Recreation Room The recreation room is available for use! There are indoor games, relaxing areas to sit and bathrooms available for use when out at the pool.
  • Parking Covered parking is available.

Soft Opening

  • HOW LONG WILL CONSTRUCTION LAST?

    Various projects are currently scheduled through Spring 2025.

  • WHERE WILL CONSTRUCTION TAKE PLACE?

    Throughout the entire resort and in different phases. This could mean painting of stairwell doors, or painting the overhead garage ceilings, stairwells, parking areas, condo unit balconies and walkways, etc.

  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A STAY WHEN CONSTRUCTION IS OCCURRING?

    Expect elevated construction noises and other construction phases to occur during the weekdays and some Saturdays, that would be scheduled to start at 9 AM and commence by 5 PM. Please do not leave your items out and left unattended as they may get damaged in passing or misplaced. There may be times where vehicles will be asked to be relocated or detours are required as painting is being performed in certain areas. Amenities may be unavailable or not yet available at the time of your stay.

  • WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF I HAVE BOOKED A UNIT THAT WILL BE IN THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE AT MY TIME OF ARRIVAL?

    Our team is sending multiple communications out to all guests ahead of time to help assist with questions and relocating those who have chosen a condo that will be affected during the time of their stay. The options would be that of being transferred to a different unit (based upon availability) that is not affected during the stay dates, offering of a refund with no cancellation penalties in addition to relocating to one of our sister properties.

  • WILL CONSTRUCTION OCCUR ON THE WEEKENDS?

    The overall goal of the property is to maintain a weekday construction schedule with limited work on Saturdays when necessary during the off-season. Current policies restrict any work involving elevated noise levels to be restricted to the hours of 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
