This condo has the trifecta of premier water views: Gulf of Mexico, Corpus Christi Bay & resort pools. That is RARE at La Mirage to have all 3 unobstructed water views. Every window/door has a spectacular water view. Reserved, covered parking is right next to the elevator for making shopping & unloading trips with ease. The 40 foot private deck is filled with coastal furniture for that first cup of coffee at sunrise or cocktails on loungers at sunset, which is breath taking and spectacular every evening.

There are three new Smart TV’s: 75", 65" & 55" for your viewing pleasure. Spectrum cable & Wi-Fi available for streaming.

What you can expect in the condo:
Wi-Fi & Cable
Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed please visit the front desk.

This is a NON SMOKING condo.
This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved so please park in the assigned spot and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.
